Execute & support RPA process initiatives with team members, relevant stakeholders and process owners.
Provide effective and efficient support to the Head of RPA to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Ensure that business users' interests are reflected within all phases of improvement.
Understand and design solutions for different processes used throughout DHL Express in different functions & locations.
Identify and leverage best practices already in use in the RPA / OCR community.
Design practical and effective solutions to address improvement opportunities – both cost and performance.
Successfully implement RPA initiatives with DHL Express Business Partners.
Ability to relate to cross-cultural processes and country sensitivities.
Responsible for creating & maintaining RPA process documentation as per RPA COE governance process (i.e. process maps, SDD).
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships & provide solutions on how to use RPA / OCR.
Minimum Requirements
Good understanding of IT development process.
Able to develop tools/solutions using programming languages .Net and MSSQL.
Good all-round communicator: written and oral.
Innovative and creative.
Good understanding of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Able to work under pressure.
Able to multi-task.
Good discipline in performing standard procedures.
Strong interest in Robotic Process Automation area.
Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a must.
Hands-on experience with .Net Development will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience with Power BI will be an added advantage.
At least 2-4 years working experience in the Software Development Environment and 1+ years of experience in UiPath platform.
Experience with Process Analysis, Design, Coding and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, System(s) testing, UAT, debugging and bug fixes.
Qualified University Degree holder specializing in IT field (Software Development) or any related field preferred.
