Software Developer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analysing and understanding key user requirements and identifying user needs.
2. Customize via the User Interface of the System.
3. Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, and customizations to support business requirements.
4. Develop new or enhance existing software modules based on the identified key user requirements.
5. Integrate 3rd party software or software frameworks and strive to ensure full compatibility with the suite of software.
6. Ability to give advice in the area of Customization, Coding, or any other topics related to software development.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with clients, team leaders, project managers and other engineers to design elegant and efficient solutions.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing system enhancements and improvements.

Position Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field.
- At least 1 year of software development experience either from an end-user or vendor background.
- Fresh Graduate Encouraged To Apply.
- Ability to work well both as an individual and in a team.
- Possess good analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to anticipate outcomes of a solution.
- Good understanding of ERP functionalities relating to Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory and Production processes will be added bonus.
- Keen knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues, debugging root cause analysis on a large and distributed codebase.
- Meticulous in analysis and documentation of solutions, designs, codebase, and test cases.
- Self-driven and performs duties and responsibilities independently with minimum supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality of information processed or prepared.
