What you'll be doing

For Senior Developer

• Architect, analyze, design, and develop software programs to meet business requirements.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues.
• Ensure that development standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to.
• Ensure that projects are accurately estimated and delivered to schedule.
• Assist in system implementation and application support.
• Liaise with clients or vendors for efficient implementation of new software products and for resolution of any adaptation issues.
• Oversee the technologies, tools, and techniques used within the team.
• Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies and practices to improve the overall quality of the product.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
• Lead and guide a team of programmers.

For Junior Developer

• Participate in coding, implementation, integration, testing, and system support.
• Adhere to application development guidelines and standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
• Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies and practices to improve the overall quality of the product.

What we're looking for

For Senior Developer

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or their equivalents.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant field experience.
• Backend Developer: Proficient in Java, J2EE, SQL, RESTful API.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English required.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must have flexibility to travel when required.

For Junior Developer

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or their equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant field experience.
• Backend Developer: Experience in Java, J2EE, SQL, RESTful API.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English required.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must have flexibility to travel when required.
