RelyOn Tech (Formerly known as Aberdeen Drilling International) is a global leader in immersive, high-fidelity simulation technology, specializing in training solutions for high-risk industries. Our advanced drilling and lifting simulators are deployed worldwide, supporting complex operations.

We are looking for aSoftware Developerto join our technical development team. This role involves software development for our cutting-edge simulation systems, as well as regional first and second-line technical support for our clients in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain simulator software.
• Conduct code reviews and testing for quality assurance.
• Debug and optimize existing code.
• Collaborate with the team on product development and design.
• Adhere to company workflows using Git SCM and Gitflow.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Provide first-line technical support to regional clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or a related field.
• Experience withC++ or other OOP languages.
• Understanding of3D development (matrix calculations for translation and orientation).
• Familiarity withGit SCM or similar version control tools.
• Ability to writeclean, well-documented code.
• Strongtroubleshooting and communication skills(written and verbal in English).
