Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Architect at POS Digicert located in Cyberjaya, Selangor. The Software Architect will be responsible for software architecture, development, design, programming, and implementing design patterns.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Build: Design and develop cutting-edge software architectures that align with business goals and technical needs.
• Lead & Inspire: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the development team.
• Collaborate: Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform project requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Ensure Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of performance and adherence to best practices.
• Solve Challenges: Address complex technical issues to create robust, reliable, and scalable software solutions.
• Document & Share: Produce detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies, suggesting enhancements to our development processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 6+ years in software development, including at least 2 years in a Software Architect role.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, Golang, or Python. Deep knowledge of design patterns, micro services architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Problem-Solver: Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
• Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus.
