Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Source and engage potential candidates through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  2. Develop and execute targeted social media recruitment campaigns to attract top talent for diverse roles.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  4. Build and maintain an active online presence to enhance the company's employer brand.
  5. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
  6. Track and report on social media recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness.
  7. Stay updated on the latest social media and recruitment trends to optimize sourcing strategies.
  8. Foster a positive candidate experience from the initial contact through the onboarding process.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Social Recruiter or a similar role in talent acquisition.
  2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and recruitment strategies.
  3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  4. Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  5. Creative approach to sourcing and attracting candidates.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Experience with employer branding initiatives and digital marketing.
  8. Knowledge of social media analytics and recruitment data.
