Job description

Business Nature: E-commerce Beauty Industry
Location: Kuchai Lama, KL

They are mainly doing live streaming & marketing for introducing the beauty products in social media platforms such as Facebook. They are looking for a Digital Marketing to oversee the digital marketing activities, leveraging social media platforms for business growth, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis. This role is directly report to the Founder.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing event calendar, overseeing all stages from planning to execution to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Optimize Cost Per Leads (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) metrics through continuous analysis, testing, and refinement of marketing campaigns.
  • Craft compelling social media copy that resonates with target audiences across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, maintaining brand voice and driving engagement.
  • Develop and implement robust social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to enhance online presence and engagement.
  • Strategically integrate content and promotions across platforms to maximize reach and impact.
  • Perform simple editing tasks on webpages to ensure content accuracy and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage a cohesive marketing calendar that aligns with business objectives and ensures consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer conversion and retention through integrated strategies with social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to optimize campaign performance and stay ahead of industry developments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in online marketing with a strong focus on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Proven ability to leverage social media platforms for business growth, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with simple webpage editing tools or platforms to ensure content alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of market segmentation and customer journey mapping from hot to cold leads in the context of social media.
