Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, including daily monitoring, posting, and responding to comments/messages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment of messaging.
• Knowledge on how to utilize and implement SEO.
• Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Document pictures and live videos during events and daily activities, edit them and organize stock photos.
• Any other related tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
• Proven expert knowledge of social media marketing, search engine optimization channels to generate impact on customer insights.
• Demonstrated performance in crafting and executing compelling content development using various marketing channels and strategies.
• Outstanding organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Vlog and other related multimedia tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
