Social Media & KOL Management Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & KOL Management Specialist to lead our brand's online presence and foster relationships with influencers. This role is pivotal in driving engagement, growing our community, and enhancing brand visibility across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with overall marketing goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging and visually appealing content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc).
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, impressions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our platforms innovative and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visuals.

KOL/Influencers Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators.
  • Negotiate and manage KOL collaborations, including campaign goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee influencer-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand values and messaging.
  • Track and report on the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a database of current and potential KOL partnerships for ongoing collaboration.

Community Engagement:

  • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor social conversations to understand audience sentiment and identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Build and nurture an online community that promotes brand loyalty and advocacy.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

  • Support other marketing or business initiatives as required, including event planning, product launches, or administrative tasks.
  • Assist in handling urgent or time-sensitive requests related to social media, influencer management, or campaign needs.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to ensure seamless execution of overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • At least Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
  • Required languages: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
