Social Media & Front Desk Administrator

About the role

Zenith Dentistry Sdn Bhd is looking for a talented Social Media & Front Desk Administrator to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will involve managing our social media presence, as well as providing exceptional front desk support to our patients and visitors.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to elevate the Zenith Dentistry brand online
• Creating engaging content, such as posts, videos, and graphics, to be shared across our social media channels
• Monitoring and responding to patient inquiries and feedback on social media in a timely and professional manner
• Providing welcoming and efficient front desk support, including greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling, and handling general inquiries
• Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and inventory management
• Collaborating with the marketing team to support the promotion of our dental services and special offers

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a social media management or front desk administrator role, preferably in the healthcare or customer service industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with patients and create captivating social media content
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and various digital tools
• A friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
