Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute innovative content strategies aligned with brand objectives to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels.
  • Create high-quality content including articles, blogs, social media posts, videos, and more, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice.
  • Manage BateriHub’s social media presence by developing content calendars, scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement integrated marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to amplify brand presence and collaborate on promotional initiatives.
  • Identify and liaise with relevant media platforms or partners to maximize brand exposure and create strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content strategies.
  • Actively participate in roadshows, marketing events, and promotional activities to represent BateriHub and engage with the audience.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, social media management, and campaign strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling and engaging content creation.
  • Very social media savvy; a good ‘trend-spotter’.
  • Good verbal communication and writing skills in English and Malay.
  • Good knowledge in utilizing and optimizing Facebook Ad, Instagram Ad & TikTok Ad.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems, social media analytics tools, and campaign management platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in collaborating with KOLs, influencers, and media platforms for brand promotion.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and familiarity with emerging trends in content and social media.
