About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to join our dynamic Marketing team at JIA Clinic in Bangsar Baru, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is responsible for crafting engaging social media content and producing high-quality video assets to support our marketing and brand-building initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute a content strategy across our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Create visually appealing and on-brand social media posts, including images, graphics, and short-form videos
• Edit and produce engaging video content for our social channels and website, including testimonials, product demos, and brand storytelling
• Monitor social media performance and engagement, and use insights to continuously optimize content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and impactful

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation and video editing
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement
• Proficiency in using video and photo editing software, such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Experience in creating high-quality, visually appealing content that resonates with target audiences
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media analytics to measure and optimize performance
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for creating engaging content
