Social Media Content Creator

Job Responsibilities

1. Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, including Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
2. Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales.
4. Ensure every piece of content aligns with our brand voice.
5. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
6. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
7. Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
8. Manage the company's social media accounts.
9. Stay updated about the latest features and offerings of social media platforms.
10. Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand awareness.
11. Perform other ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned.
12. Follow and respect the work SOPs practiced in the company.
13. Carry out other reasonable work as deemed necessary under this contract.

Requirements

1. Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy.
2. Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe.
3. Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
4. Outstanding copywriting skills are an added benefit.
5. Good understanding of social media ads.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
7. Basic customer service skills.
8. 2-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
9. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, or a related field.
10. Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past.
