Job Description:

SOC Maintenance Team Leader (Shift-duty)

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Maintenance Team Head in performing his/her duties.
2. Propose any new technology or solutions to the Maintenance Team Head for streamlining the provision of Toll Collection Services.
3. Conduct twenty-four hours monitoring of the functionality of Free Flow Tolling System (FFTS) every day.
4. Provide preliminary diagnosis and arrange appropriate remedy to minimize service disruptions.
5. Advise on the design and implementation of custom and commercial-off-the-shelf software, provision of physical infrastructure to support FFTS tolling service, and interface to other inter-provider clearing operations.
6. Assist in establishing a technical and business interface with a third-party provider of back office services for customer relation management services and enforcement operations.
7. Organize support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks.
8. Monitor online security for users and networks and take appropriate steps to address security breaches if necessary.
9. Assist in the establishment of detailed documentation for various systems.
10. Communicate with various Team Heads/Team.

SOC Operator

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct 24 hours monitoring of Applications Status and Network (Shift duty is required).
2. Ensure connectivity to maintain proper operations of FFTS services.
3. Provide system support for backup office operations and field equipment.
4. Troubleshoot, install, and fix computer system hardware and software of all types.
5. Travel to field locations to fix various hardware and software problems and perform inspections, installations, and updates.
6. Perform preventative maintenance on hardware systems and network equipment to prevent errors.

Job Requirements:

SOC Maintenance Team Leader (Shift-duty)

Requirements:

1. Holder of a university degree in computer science, information systems, information security, or equivalent discipline.
2. At least four years relevant post-qualification full-time working experience in the information systems security domain, implementing IT security solutions, digital security methodologies, and deployments.
3. Certifications: one or more of the following qualifications:
1. CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional
2. CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor
3. CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
4. CCSP - Certified Cloud Security Professional

SOC Operator

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum one year experience in service operation areas; experience in call centers or customer service would be an advantage.
3. Hands-on experience with SQL or CRM is an advantage.
4. Sound computer skills and knowledge of MS Office tools.
5. Good presentation and communication skills.
6. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
