THE ROLE:

The AMD PAE team is to assist customers with any technical support in AMD projects and confirm that the project can mass produce smoothly.

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate has knowledge of Notebook/AIO/Desktop/Workstation system design and issue debugging. They should possess good communication skills and be able to work both independently and in a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Notebook/AIO/Desktop/Workstation platform customer issues debug/support.
2. Leading design review processes to support customer Q&A.
3. Visiting customers for training/issue triage.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

1. Over 10 years of experience in Client Notebook platform design.
2. Knowledge of AMD platform and SOC platform design.
3. Design leadership and system platform debugging experience is required; experience leading a team is a plus, along with support for projects and collaboration with OEM/ODM directly, as well as internal teams.
4. Leading the customer project design, participating in conference calls, making proposals to customers for any technical support, and design reviews to ensure smooth end-to-end project mass production.
5. Managing issue debugging status and ensuring project progress meets the schedule.
6. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and management abilities.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related area.
