Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SME Relationship Manager at CIMB in Johor Bahru. The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise clients. Daily tasks include providing financial advice, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and customer service skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and make recommendations
• Experience in sales or business development
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
