Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project boundary, building alignment to be done by licensed surveyor and site surveyor to use these for processing data and setting out for construction and control.
• Responsible to check drawings dimension and control levels.
• Responsible to conduct as-built surveys and prepares as-built drawings.
• Responsible to read concurrently all technical plans with reference to the surveyor plans.
• Responsible to coordinate external work / infra work.
• Responsible to perform setting out for the whole project site.
• Resolve site setting out problems with contractor to make sure work progress smoothly.
• Take care and be responsible for all survey equipment provided by company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Land Surveying or its equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in highrise building construction / or related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): Autocad, survey software
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
