Job Description:

• Ensure contraction works are in accordance to the drawings issued by consultants.
• Ensure contractor’s works observe all site safety & requirements.
• Assist site supervisor to resolve site problems and ensure site works are able to progress smoothly as scheduled.
• Closely monitor contractor for defective works to ensure rectification works are done according to required specifications.
• Ensure all contractors are aware of our expected/required finishes.
• Carry out any other duties assigned as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking consultants & contractors.
• Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in Civil & Structural and Architectural works is required for this position. Involvement in high-rise projects will be an added advantage.
• The employment and benefit package for this position varies subject to the company's policy.
