Site Supervisor/ Project Engineer

Renowned construction company specialized in building, restoration, and high-rise building is looking for dynamic candidate(s).

Job Description

1. Responsible for all matters and to ensure smooth implementation of programs and overall planning and coordination.
2. Attend to pre-contract matters, i.e., technical review, submission, tender preparation, and evaluation, and post-contract matters, i.e., arrangement and follow-up for site supervision, coordination, quality control, T&C, and handing over.
3. Attend to technical matters on site by developing solutions to problems with the application.
4. Planning of works and resources to ensure timely completion.
5. Check all construction drawings and specifications to ensure smooth handover and highlight any discrepancies that arise and other technical matters.
6. Coordinate works between sub-contractors and customers/consultants and monitor, control, and ensure the quality of works delivered at site.
7. Coordinate progress meetings, liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and other professional associates.
8. Monitor and prepare work progress reports.
9. Control all site operations, materials, and labor.

Requirements:

1. 3 years’ experience in the construction field and experience in high-rise construction.
2. Candidate must be an aggressive people person and willing to take on challenges.
3. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
4. Ability to speak 3 languages such as Mandarin, English, and Malay.
