Site Supervisor (Plumbing)

Job Description:

1. Supervision of work progress activities at site in accordance with schedule and drawing.
2. Coordinate, supervise and execute construction activities, inspect and control quality of construction works before deliveries.
3. Monitor site progress and implement day to day activities report & prepare site report regularly.
4. Report any discrepancies or delay in works & follow-up procedures.
5. Ensure smooth operations and supervisory works at project site.
6. Ensure work quality achieved and safety regulations are complied.
7. Carry out site inspection from time to time.
8. Arrange regular meeting with workers or sub-contractors to match targeted schedule and resolve site matters.
9. Attend all project site meetings as well as technical meetings with clients or consultants.
10. Liaison with sub-contractors to ensure all fit-out works are carried out according to drawing.
11. Manage contractors and site progress.
12. Communicate site issues effectively with contractors and authorities.
13. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Able to lead and supervise site workers.
3. Ability to organize and coordinate site activities.
4. 1-2 years of relevant working experience in engineering & construction works. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
5. Possess own transport.
6. Contract basic.
7. Willing to work in Johor Bahru, Johor.
