Planning and coordinating for daily site operation.
Carry out supervision and monitoring of all construction/installation works.
Supervise and control subcontractors' daily work activities, ensuring material, equipment, personnel, and tools are available to perform the work.
Monitor subcontractors' work progress and ensure they keep up with their approved work schedule.
Ensure all works are carried out as per contract specifications, drawings, PQP requirements, and approved method statements.
Ensure all necessary inspections and testing are performed and verified/passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work.
Maintain a site diary to record daily activities at the site.
Promptly report any non-conformances to the Project Manager/Construction Manager.
Ensure quality of work is always met.
Manage, monitor, and control the usage of materials, plants, and machinery.
Responsible for closing defect works and Non-Conformances (NCR/NCP).
Inspect and test materials prior to their use at the site as per samples approved by the consultant, ensuring removal of rejected materials from the site.
Ensure the correct implementation of the works according to technical specifications, designs, and quality of materials.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
Site Land Surveyor Responsibilities:
Coordinate on-site activities and verify alignments and levels.
Oversee all survey-related tasks at project sites.
Liaise with authorities to resolve site survey issues.
Calculate the measurements of sites.
Maintain and be responsible for all survey equipment.
Perform additional duties as required by Management.
Coordinate land survey work among all subcontractors and establish temporary benchmarks for subcontractors' use. Check subcontractor land survey.
Verify and approve subcontractor land survey works.
Attend/present the company during joint meetings with subcontractors.
Maintain temporary benchmarks.
Manage and file all survey works records.
Arrange calibration of survey equipment when due and recommend the write-off of irreparable equipment.

Requirements:
Site Supervisor: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Land Surveyor: Experience drafting surveying drawings and basic knowledge or study of building plans.
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction/Building Survey/Land Surveying.
2 years' experience in relevant fields.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to meet tight timescales, multi-task, and have a positive attitude.
