  We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at DONG JI (M) SDN. BHD in Klang Valley area. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and execution of construction projects. What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Monitoring and adjusting work schedules, allocating resources, and resolving any on-site issues or conflicts
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Providing guidance and support to the construction team, including training and mentoring of junior staff
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the project

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction management role, preferably in the Foreperson/Supervisors sub-industry
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, project management, and resource allocation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively address on-site challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders
• A commitment to safety and quality, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or a related field
