Your Key Responsibilities
As a Site Supervisor/Foreman, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

• Monitoring and ensuring construction progress aligns with schedules.
• Supervising infrastructure works to meet specifications and drawings.
• Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and legislators.
• Upholding safety and health compliance at all times.
• Tackling other responsibilities as needed to drive project success.

What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Diploma/Higher Degree with at least 3 years’ experience in the construction field, or over 3 years of relevant experience without formal qualifications.
• A solid understanding of construction drawings and documentation (a bonus but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Your own transport to facilitate site visits and coordination.
