SITE SUPERVISOR

SELANGOR and others state construction site.

- Minimum experience 5 years and above.

- Must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Civil/ Construction/Structural, Certified Construction Site Supervisor (CCSS), or equivalent.

- Communicating with team members, sub-contractors, main-contractors and other related parties.

- To supervise construction daily activities progress according to deadline.

- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

- Planning, monitoring & coordinating sub-contractors and other trades construction works.

- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.

- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

- Ensure all materials used and works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements, drawings, and project time schedule.

- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee/workers attendance.

- Evaluating the performance of construction workers and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.

- Manage on-site work progress, work schedule, work quality and document management, site meetings, and sub-contractor progress claim status.

- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
