Responsibilities

• Assist and supervise all construction works on the project ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ensure all works carried out meet the company's quality standards & requirements.
• Supervise, monitor & control daily worker and/or subcontractor works at the project site within the approved schedule.
• Maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.
• Inspect, control and handle all material delivery, storage and wastage at site.
• Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawing specifications, construction plan and work instructions, etc.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Diploma/Degree in Construction or other related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Residential Building involved in Architecture & Structural work is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Project skills is a plus.
• Driving License and possession of own vehicle is required.
