Job Description

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring they are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project plans and specifications. Key responsibilities include:

1. Daily Site Management: Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities, including subcontractors and laborers.
2. Quality Control: Ensure work is performed to high-quality standards and in accordance with project plans.
3. Safety: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
4. Scheduling: Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.
5. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project progress and any issues.
6. Problem Solving: Address and resolve on-site issues and challenges as they arise.
7. Materials and Equipment: Manage the delivery and use of materials and equipment on-site.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
5. Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
6. Relevant certifications in construction supervision or safety (if applicable).
