Responsibilities:

• Liaises with key site personnel (client, consultant, and main contractor) in coordinating site work and resolving site issues.
• Assists in preparing site daily reports and submits to head office weekly.
• Assists superior for Confirmation of Verbal Instruction and obtains signatures from Clients, Consultants, and Main Contractors before forwarding to Project Manager for review.
• Conducts inspection of works done by sub-contractors to ensure their workmanship meets specified requirements.
• Checks material delivered to site to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Ensures site works are carried out according to works programme.
• Ensures site works are carried out in a safe manner.
• Prepares and issues memos to sub-contractors for non-compliance with specifications, method statements, statutory requirements, safety, health & environment requirements, site rules & regulations, etc.
• Regularly updates the Site Supervisor on the project’s status, including site status, inspection status, submission status, manpower and material status.
• Ensures that Environmental requirements and regulations are followed.
• Ensures responsibility in using safe work practices for safety and health that comply with Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
• Ensures that the anti-bribery management system, including policy and objectives, is implemented and maintained to adequately address the organization’s bribery risks.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in any engineering/construction related field or minimum 2 years’ experience in M&E or related industry. (Sr Site Supervisor)
• Diploma or Certificate in any engineering/construction related field or minimum 1-year experience in M&E or related industry. (Site Supervisor)
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Sound supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the QESH & Anti Bribery related legal requirements and implementations.
