About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at PEMBINAAN SAN SAN SDN BHD. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations at our construction site. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be a key part of our growing organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Monitoring site activities, including the delivery of materials, equipment maintenance, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
3. Communicating regularly with the Project Manager, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
4. Developing and implementing efficient work plans and schedules to optimise productivity.
5. Identifying and addressing any potential problems or risks to ensure the smooth progression of the project.
6. Providing training and guidance to construction workers to continuously improve their skills and performance.
7. Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the project, including progress reports and quality control measures.

Job Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Experience in infra work - road & drain will take precedent.
3. Proven ability to effectively manage and coordinate construction crews, ensuring projects are completed safely and to the required standards.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
6. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
7. Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant health and safety regulations.
8. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
