Site Supervisor

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess Diploma or Certificate in Building/ Construction/ Civil Engineering.
2. At least 1-2 Years of working experience in building/construction industry or fresh graduate.
3. Must be dynamic, pro-active and hardworking.
4. Able to work with minimum supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To coordinate all site activities in accordance with outlined construction schedule.
2. To ensure all construction works are carried out as per Construction Drawings & Specifications.
3. To oversee/supervise work in progress for workers productivity & also to ensure minimum wastages on material usage.
4. To ensure that the works is built to quality standard with minimum defects.
5. To participate in all sub-contractors’ meetings etc.
6. To handle the complaints received and resolve them within the time frame.
7. To organise the workflows for sub-contractors and workers.
