Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
2. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, project specifications, and company standards.
3. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
4. Monitor and report on project progress, including preparing daily and weekly reports.
5. Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
6. Maintain accurate site records, including materials usage and workforce attendance.
7. Ensure proper implementation of work plans and construction schedules.
8. Identify and address potential delays or quality concerns.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. 3 years of site supervision experience (Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply!).
3. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
4. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
5. Good leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams.
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
7. Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.
