Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor at Yu Tong Construction Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety regulations compliance, managing subcontractors, and coordinating with project managers to achieve project milestones. This role is mainly focusing on small scale project inside the factory in Penang/Kulim area

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction, project management, and site supervision
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with construction software and tools
