Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations in Pahang, Malaysia. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience, possess strong leadership skills, and ensure safety compliance, quality control, and effective communication within the team. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure safety compliance and adherence to regulations on the site.
2. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
3. Lead and motivate the team to achieve project goals.
4. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
5. Solve problems efficiently and effectively to keep projects on track.
6. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
4. Team leadership capabilities to guide and support the on-site team.
5. Proficiency in safety compliance and quality control practices.
6. Ability to work on-site in Pahang, Malaysia.
7. No formal education required, but relevant certifications are a plus.
