Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise site work.
• Organize, coordinate, and supervise site operation works, ensuring timely completion and quality of works.
• Be responsible for the supervision of construction works in ensuring that all works are performed under standards and quality.
• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers & clients.
• Project progress reporting, coordination of project meetings and resolving project issues.
• Monitor contractor's work progress and ensure that all works follow drawing, specification, and procedure.
• Any experience in a high-rise building is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Candidates with a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey, Architecture, or any equivalent will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
• Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Salary is negotiable (depending on experience).
• Working Location: MALACCA.
