Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• To coordinate and monitor all site progress (M&E works).
• Manpower planning & arrangement.
• To ensure and keep track of site materials & tools readiness to ensure work can progress smoothly.
• To plan for materials order ahead of time.
• To monitor manpower work progress to tally with schedule and project timeline.
• To guide manpower or subcontractors on any technical matters (electrical & plumbing).
• To liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, and clients from time to time.
• To perform inspections on all works from time to time to ensure adherence to drawings.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years working as a site supervisor on similar work scopes.
• Dedicated, independent, and able to lead a team of workers.
• Active & able to communicate effectively with all site personnel.
