Site Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Supervise construction site activities and ensure compliance with client regulations.
2. Able to manage and coordinate site workers and subcontractors, as well as liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
3. Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to senior project manager as well as clients.
4. Conduct regular site inspections and address any potential issues or risks immediately.
5. Maintain accurate records of site workers attendance, site activities, and progress reports.
6. Assist and collaborate with senior project manager/project manager to ensure that all activities align with the project plan and meet deadlines.

Job Requirement:

1. Proven experience as a site supervisor in construction line.
2. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential.
3. Ability to communicate and report effectively.
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Ability to read and review construction plans.
6. Results oriented and able to communicate well in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
7. Prefer candidates who can start work immediately.
