Responsibilities

• Managing construction workers to ensuring that they are working safely and productively.
• Works closely with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that they are completing work on time and to the required standards.
• Responsible for maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• To assist project manager in managing construction site, checking and reporting the Main-cons / Sub-cons work progress and work quality.
• Responsible for all site daily inspection works (Architecture, Structured, and M & E) including CPC and CCC inspections, defects rectification works.
• To coordinate well with consultants in preparation of work with authorities for the CCC.
• Coordinate, reporting and monitoring Vacant Possession (VP) to purchasers. Issuing of defects list to respective Main-Cons / Sub-Cons.
• Pro-active and able to work independently.

Requirements

• Diploma in civil Engineering/architecture/building/construction or equivalent.
• Basic language command in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
• Good technical knowledge, report preparation and project supervision skills.
• At least 3 years working experience with housing developer/main contractor, preferably in high-rise building project.
• Independent and self-disciplined.
• Good interpersonal skills.
