Key Responsibilities

Site Supervisor Duties:

1. Monitor daily site activity, job quality and manpower arrangement by the assigned of projects.
2. Arrange for housekeeping (Site/Factory).
3. Briefing for toolbox meeting.
4. Based on drawing, lead the workers, subcontractor to finish the work at site.
5. Make sure workers work in safety with equipment arrangement.
6. Daily report to superior.
7. Ad-hoc related supervisor task.

Requirements

1. Experienced in a site supervisor role – at least 1 year experience.
2. Able to read drawing, problem solving skill, communication skills and able to work in team.
3. Candidates must possess a Diploma or any other related certificate.
4. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Work independently.
6. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
