Site Supervisor

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines
• Performing regular inspections of the construction site
• Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly
• Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment
• Organizing work schedules
• Checking work techniques are correct and safe
• Managing orders and deliveries of building materials
• Completing site reports and other records
• Attending site management meetings
• Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner

Education and Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Working experience of 1 year and above in the construction industry and leadership role recommended
• Knowledge of building and construction methods
• Attention to detail, discipline, and high motivation
• Teamwork and communication skills are required
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Able to travel and work in hot weather
