Site Supervisor

1. Follow and enforce project timelines and schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
2. Arrange and coordinate work schedules for workers and subcontractors in line with the project plan.
3. Monitor the quality and workmanship of completed tasks to ensure they meet the developer’s standards.
4. Oversee logistics, including managing worker accommodation and coordinating deliveries to maintain site efficiency.
5. Liaise with suppliers, the project team, consultants, safety officers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
6. Track and manage materials, including monitoring usage, storage, and handling methods.
7. Arrange for the procurement of materials and tools in collaboration with the procurement team and suppliers, ensuring all supplies meet project requirements.
