Job Overview: Site/Service Technician plays a crucial role in assisting senior service engineer and service engineer for site technical support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support to resolve site issues, working with the service team to ensure testing protocol and safety of the product.
• Assist service engineer in troubleshooting, resolving challenges, and optimizing system performance at site.
• Assist with site work such as site audits, site inspections, and thermal-scanning.

Job Requirements:

• Professional certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in engineering or related fields.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various customer sites, including industrial and construction environments.
• Flexibility to work outstation and outside working hours.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and manage time effectively.
