SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR (W. Malaysia)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing, planning, and coordinating the Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) substation projects work in terms of safety requirements. Full-time site-based requirement.
• Organize and supervise all matters related to site safety for the contractor and subcontractor works.
• Ensure all safety documentation, checklists, and requirements are maintained at site according to legal standards.
• Supervise all project works in terms of safety compliance.
• Conduct internal training at site if required.
• Conduct daily Toolbox meetings (TBM) at site.
• Report duties to the Project Manager and HOD safety department or SHO.
• Travelling for site coverage and monitoring is necessary.

Requirements

• Candidate must have a valid Yellow Book registration with DOSH for Site Safety Supervisor (SSS).
• First Aid Certificate and NIOSH Tenaga Safety Passport (NTSP) Certificate.
• Scaffold competency (Basics level).
• Required skills: Microsoft Office and other safety courses.
• Required languages: Malay & English.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• No incident/deaths case in any of the previous projects in the last 2 years.
