Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) - Solar PV Service Provider (Rooftop) based in Lahad Datu, Sabah

We are seeking for Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) candidates who are open to being stationed in Lahad Datu, Sabah.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site audit (Monthly/weekly).
2. Site inspection (Daily/weekly).
3. Conduct drill training at site.
4. Conduct awareness training/toolbox at site.
5. Conduct waste management issue.
6. Manage client/developer at site/during site audit.
7. Submission of safety weekly and monthly report.
8. Assist in compiling and recording HSSE Checklist.
9. Assist with safety documentation.
10. Assist on safety tendering.
11. Manage and handle safety material/equipment for site team.
12. Assist on any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in the construction or renewable energy industry, and possess a valid Yellow Book from DOSH.
3. Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards applicable to construction and industrial sites.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to conduct safety audits, inspections, and training sessions effectively.
6. Involvement with Working at Height activities, preparing & managing HSE documentation, and liaison with clients & relevant local authorities.
