SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR - SSS (RTS LINK, JOHOR)

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to ensure compliance and to promote safe conduct of work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in managing Workplace Safety, Health & Environmental.
• Conduct safety induction for new construction workers and site staff.
• Review and monitor the latest legal and other compliance and update accordingly.
• Inspect, investigate, and rectify any unsafe acts, accidents, and conflicts at the workplace.
• Ensure that the company complies with the laws and regulations in force in the energy sector.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports/records at the workplace.
• Conduct site inspections to check machinery, equipment, and processes to identify risks, and the proper implementation of procedures and policies.
• Write, submit, and file incident reports with recommendations.
• Monitor and observe workers adhering to safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Possess a SPM/SPMV/MCE Certificate/STPM/ Diploma/Degree
• Yellow Book holder
• 1-2 years of working experience in the construction field, preferably in ACMV service.
