To assist superior to plan, implement and manage Occupational Health and Safety Management System in achieving OHS policy & objectives as follows:
To review, improve and update changes as required for HIRARC.
Initiate/participate in risk management activities.
Participate in training needs analysis.
Plan and implement training as required.
Organise OHS meetings at each workplace as and when required. Record and prepare minutes of meeting and follow up actions required are implemented effectively.
Organise SWE Group's OHS committee meetings quarterly. Record and prepare minutes of meeting and follow up actions required are implemented effectively.
Provide safety awareness including hazards that may arise during toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Issue and monitor compliance to PPE requirements.
Report and gather unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to site supervisor or superior.
Set up Emergency Response Team for site and conduct/participate in incident investigations.
Participate in safety audits and inspections.
Keep records of onsite OSH program and activities.
Prepare 'project' monthly safety and health report and submit to respective SHO/Head of Department as and when required by customer.
Notify Accident, Near Miss, Occupational Poisoning, and Occupational Disease to SHO/Head of Department.
Work closely and co-operate with relevant customer and Government Enforcement Authority.
Assist HR Executive in monitoring the validity of site worker's relevant certificates/license.
Proactively comply with Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations.
Provide abnormal condition feedback to superior.
Undertake other duties assigned or directed by superior from time to time.
Preferable with experience in oil and gas.
