Job Title: Site Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for site safety matters and support environmental and safety initiatives.
2. Enforce safe work practices and procedures.
3. Conduct site safety inspections and recommend corrective actions for unsafe acts or situations.
4. Create safety awareness and carry out safety activities such as fire drill exercises, safety induction & training, etc.
5. Provide monthly/weekly analysis reports on safety & environmental issues.
6. Ensure legal compliance in safety & environmental requirements.
7. Assist Project Manager with any assigned tasks.
8. Responsible for daily observation of safety compliance at site.
9. Inspect and ensure all safety equipment and firefighting equipment comply with legal requirements.
10. Advise and ensure installers at site are wearing proper safety apparel.
11. Highlight observations of high-risk work exposure to Project Manager.
12. Assist in coordinating Safety & Health meetings with relevant parties.
13. Brief installers on the site Safety Rules & Regulations.
14. Issue safety apparel as required.
15. Conduct training related to safety and environmental matters.
16. Participate in the Company’s Emergency Response Team activities.
