Site Safety Supervisor

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (M) SDN. BHD. (PORT KLANG)

• Conduct toolbox talks and daily site inspections
• Familiar with marine safety regulations and best practices
• Ensure workplace safety and health standards comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994
• Ensure all personnel attend the site HSE induction program and other required training sessions
• Maintain and monitor records of hazardous substances present on-site.
• Identify and report health and safety issues to the Supervisor as necessary
• Investigate, collect and maintain records of incidents, accidents, dangerous occurrences and diseases
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly HSE reports, monitoring safety performance and achievements
• Perform any other safety-related tasks assigned by the Supervisor

Job requirements

• Yellow Book Holder (MANDATORY), certified and registered with DOSH
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor, preferably in the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in port infrastructure projects is highly desirable
• Willing to work NIGHT shift
