About the Role

• Promote and enforce all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws, company policies, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety programs, emergency response plans, and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and employees to promote a strong safety culture.
• Provide regular reports and insights on site safety performance, compliance status, and areas for improvement.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management to support business objectives.

About You

• Possess a valid Green and Yellow Book issued by DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health, Malaysia).
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in site safety, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian occupational safety and health regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Proficient in developing and implementing site-specific safety programs, emergency response plans, and safety training.
