Site Safety Supervisor

• Implement and manage OHS policies and programs for site projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address safety risks.
• Investigate incidents and report findings, implementing corrective actions.
• Liaise with the site team and clients to ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain records of safety activities and prepare reports.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety measures.
• Attend meetings with relevant personnel.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Competency License (Yellow Book) from DOSH / JKKP.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good attitude and responsible characteristics.
• Degree or Diploma in Safety and Health or related field is preferred.
