Assist in the implementation of Occupational Health & Safety requirements at the site.
Comply with the necessary statutory requirements at the project site.
Responsible for ensuring all safety documentation, checklists, and requirements are maintained at the site.
Perform periodic inspections at the site to identify potential hazards to the health and safety of staff.
Assist in evacuation and emergency drills and conduct investigations of accidents at the site.
Raise health and safety issues to Supervisors and Project Manager where appropriate.
Conduct safety induction and safety briefings for site personnel/staff.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant government officials (e.g., DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, KEMENTERIAN KESIHATAN & CIDB) to identify and resolve health, safety, and environment issues.
Perform any other safety and health duties assigned by Superior/the Management from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Safety and Health or a related qualification.
Possess a valid Site Safety Officer (SHO) Competency License registered with DOSH/JKKP (Valid Green Book).
At least 3 years of working experience in safety-related activities in the construction industry.
