Site Quantity Surveyor

As a Site Quantity Surveyor at Perunding Kos Kinabalu, you will be responsible for managing and handling quantity surveying works at site in the Tawau District Sabah or Telupid District Sabah area. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring a coordinated and successful contract management throughout the project.

What you'll be doing

1. Carry out site measurement
2. Carry out site valuation/joint measurement and preparation of interim certificates
3. Preparation and measurement for variation order
4. Attending site meeting, joint measurement, and other associated meetings
5. Provide advice on cost monitoring, contractual disputes and other QS related works to site team
6. Report and coordinate with HQ
7. Preparation of final account

What we're looking for (3 posts available - 2 in Tawau, 1 in Telupid)

1. Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably with experience on site
